By accessing or using chiper, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

Use of the Service

chiper is provided for personal, non commercial entertainment use. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with normal operation of the app, website, purchase flows, or related services.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features may be offered as monthly, yearly, lifetime, or separate consumable purchases. Subscription and purchase processing is handled through RevenueCat together with the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform.

Pricing, billing terms, and availability may change in the future. Any active subscription will remain available for the period already paid for unless otherwise required by law or store policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel subscription renewal at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge, but your access remains active until the end of the current billing period, such as the end of the month or end of the year.

Refunds

Except where required by law or granted by the applicable store under its own policy, all purchases are final sale and non refundable. Refund requests are generally handled by Apple or Google through their store support systems.

Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of chiper at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability across all devices, regions, or store platforms.

Disclaimer

chiper is provided on an as available and as is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no guarantee that the service will be error free or uninterrupted at all times.
